    I wanted to take the family for a drive on Fraser for the day. I hired a 4WD through a travel agency which booked it with RBAC. Unfortunately the day I chose was not good with the tide, the sea covering most of the beach & making it impossible to drive on until about midday. Not great for a one day trip. When I expressed my disappointment to Merv, head of the company, he immediately offered to reschedule to the next day. He helped in every step of the way. Took me to the local beach to teach me how to drive on sand, planned on map what to do and what track to take on the island. Took care of answering any of my questions. I recommend this company to anyone wanting to get to Fraser. They are great!! Thanks Merv to make this trip awesome!
