  Really good 4x4 wash customer service -5 very poor ... if the owner of this company was smart he would get some friendly back packers to run his car wash then he might see his business revenue rise. And better reviews .

  This time we took the highway and on our departure on Monday morning we decided to use the 4x4 self wash or under body wash, so I start washing my 4x4 then get told by an old not so friendly lady . Telling me how to wash my car. And that it was against the law to use the soap spray gun and the broom at the same time . And I said I have never in my whole life on this planet been treated like this by anyone .

  I will never be back and will make sure everyone I know will never go there. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment we got out of our car we were being yelled at to hurry up (we literally JUST got there). We asked for change for $50 and she gave us $35 and took off with the $15 to put in the machine even though she never asked what we wanted done. We said “what are you doing? that’s our money and we’re at self service can we please just do it ourselves?” and she yelled at us saying “this is my job, I get paid to do this” then we asked for our money back (more than 3 times) and she refused to give us our money back (after the way she carried on, we just wanted to get out of that god awful place) but she put the money in the machine and put the underbody wash on while my partner was still standing right next to the car (he appreciated the drenching by the way). We just wanted to wash the sand and salt off of our car (we’re not idiots, we go to car washes all the time, we knew what we were doing) and she just kept telling us to hurry up and glaring at us. It was the most awful end to a very good holiday so thanks for ruining that for us. Whoever owns this place needs to seriously do something about the lady working there. I have read the reviews and they are months and months old and obviously nothing has changed. I run a store in customer service and I can assure you I take complaints like this very seriously and I do not defend any sort of horrible behaviour from my staff so I don’t understand why the owner here defends this horrible woman.

  Worth every cent. And the air was free and in every lane as you go into the wash. So saved me mucking around putting air in with my compressor. Spent about $15 which included the underbody wash and a quick external clean. I added another $5 for a quick wash to get some of the mud off as well.
