  the dirty old troll that runs the place is almost as feral as the shower curtain. if you want to go see some pubes hanging of the wall here is your place to go, no hygiene at all. and if you dont have any thongs do not step foot anywhere near the area or you could possibly get rabies. the only thing missing from there was used syringes, or maybe i missed it that time round. the fishy smell wafted from the toilet and as i walked into there im glad the toilet was in that room as i needed it to hurl in it. anymore signs in there and my eyes wouldve fallen out of my head. the only thing bright about the place was the yellow walls.

  Bring every gold coin you've got and still plan to run across the road to IGA for more cash. Prices are sky high and the proprietor has no social etiquette. The shower curtains are covered in soap scum and patrons waiting for laundry are expected to stay well away from the 'cafe' next door, which the proprietor also owns, even after buying several overpriced sodas. This is absolutely not an LGBTQ friendly establishment, and everyone identifying as such should steer clear and opt to use the free facilities down by the waterfront.

  Lady next door was helpful and cooked a mean feed! Prices were good, and washing was quick. They also have hot showers.

  Terrible Service. The owner was rude, condescending and aggressive. She should not work in tourism. She berated my group about us being foreigners and treated us terribly (despite the fact we are all Aussie citizens). No respectful and courteous customer deserves to be spoken to like a piece of crap. Next time I visit beautiful Rainbow Beach I'll wash my clothes in a puddle before returning here.

  One star is being way too generous but it's the only way you can leave a comment. The owner Sandra is a complete lunatic. I've never met a more obnoxious and socially unstable person in all my life. How on earth this woman is still in business I don't know. The place is filthy and she picks fights with paying customers for the fun of it. Stay away from it and the fish and chip shop next door because the old bat owns that too. I'd rather wear filthy dirty clothes and starve than give this old hag another cent of my money.
