  Beautiful spot and very good quality apartments. Just be careful if you book 1 bedroom. It's actually a 3 bed apartment and they'll charge extra if it looks like you went in the other rooms. This wasn't explained at check in but we now know for next time.

  Very disappointed. Expected so much more for a penthouse stay. Expected a clean well kept apartment, not an apartment that had marks all over the walls, dust covering the fans and the TV, broken electrical switches that were definitely unsafe to use, and a BBQ with a broken door and built-in sink with a broken tap. Not worth the money and definitely need to add that customer service was not high in their list of priorities. The location doesn’t even make this “resort” worth the stay. Unless there is a change in their culture and cleanliness then I will not be coming back and definitely not going to recommend.

  Great venue that can't be beat for location at Rainbow Beach. Kid friendly. Pool. Wifi. Always great service. Recommend the rooftop apartments with the BBQ.

  Great stay, very spacious apartment - all you need is there! Ney nice and helpful staff, thanks Melissa! Not one single hickup - from arrival to departure.
