  in 5 years of coming to RB I have never been charged hand prints on glass and I don't have small children. the vacuum was blocked and full, which I emptied and fixed, the bedding was stinky and I got blamed for the broken curtain rail.

  We rented a house in Rainbow Shores for a few days recently. We had a couple of small issues with items in the house through no fault of either the agent or the owner. They were just things that could happen to anyone in their own home. We contacted Sue at Cooloola Coast Realty two different times, the first being very late in the day and within half an hour there was someone there to look at it. The problems were rectified immediately each time in the most practicable way. The house was clean and beautifully furnished and the linen we hired was clean. We couldn't have asked for better service and we would definitely rent from Cooloola Coast Realty again and recommend them to anyone else who wanted to hire a holiday rental.
