  Outboard motor cut out 9 times and wouldn't start again each time for 5 mins afterwards. Called 3 times troubleshooting and finally they came out to rescue us. Turned to be just a kink in the fuel line. Wasted 1 hr but didn't give us extra time (claimed they had the boat booked afteterwards but wasnt the case) or compensate us for the inconvenience. Enjoyed the experience but disappointed with their service.

  My husband myself and my 2 children hired a boat from Ernie and Sam at Carlo Point and we had the best day ever. The boat was clean and went really well. We explored the waterways and did some fishing and all in all had a great day. The boat was easy to drive, even I had a go and had a ball. Recommend Carlo Boat Hire to everyone, we will be back.

  We had a wonderful time at Carlo Point Boat Hire. Went out in a putt putt and what a great walk down memory lane. We are not really into fishing but we were totally impressed with the range that is available in such a small outlet. For a wonderful family day we would highly recommend this facility. Service was above and beyond.
